Color versions of THIS one, wins. By a large margin. Feel free to download and go to monochrome if you don't believe me.
Why is it that some images, very similar in content, feel and composition, look 'better' in color, and others 'better' in BW?
The previous image, I couldn't decide, so put both up. But for this, the difference was striking. One looked good, the other, meh.
Which is odd, in this case, as I usually find the more explicit images look better in monochrome - you get to focus on the light and shade more than the content, but here the content mirrors the warmth of color and slightly soft shortish DOF I used.
